ABOUT DISTANT PROJECT
Distant Project is a synthpop band that was formed in 2006 with it’s member living in Argentina and the United States.
In its beginning it was integrated by Fab Soutus (US) and Wal Yunker (AR), who recorded and released 2 albums: Venus (2006) and Primitive (2007). Later, Nak Sorenson joined on guitars (AR) and the band remained as a trio until 2015.
The project was born at a distance, hence its name. Each member works separately from their studio with ideas that after being shared and reworked by all are transformed into songs.
From its first single, the band maintained a constant and independent work; albums, tours, videos and collaborations with other artists.
In 2015 after releasing the single: Flower in the Sky, they band took a break that lasted a few years.
In 2020, given the particularity of the year, the original formation began to work again.
